Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily.
Ingredients: Ashwagandha Extract (Withania somnifera) (Root)
Other Ingredients: Rice Flour, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source).
