DIRECTIONS:
Adults take 2 tablespoons (30ml) twice daily after meals (morning & night). Children above age 3 1/2, take 1 to 2 teaspoons daily.
Must keep refrigerated after opening, make sure cap is tightly secured. Taste and color may vary from batch to batch. This does not affect the quality or benefits of the product.
