Kelp Tablets and Powder with Natural Iodine

Kelp Tablets and Powder are made from the sea plant Ascophyllum nodosum (also known as Icelandic, Norwegian or Knotted Kelp) and is responsibly harvested from the Maine coast. The live plants are quickly dried at a low temperature to preserve valuable vitamins, minerals, trace elements, amino acids and alginates. Dehydrated kelp contains a natural balance of 60 minerals, 21 amino acids and 12 vitamins that are necessary to the human body's blood chemistry and overall well being.  The trace minerals in kelp are essential for the production of a wide variety of enzymes, which promote the healthy function of all body systems.  Since the minerals are in plant tissue, they are easily digested and assimilated.
